I count 6 sloths behind the counter. NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER. incompetent workers who don’t bother to look up at the line. They all make their own side conversation. This is lunch time! Speed it up !

When we sat down to eat the food that was given to us was obviously something that had been sitting under the light for hours. The chicken was dried out, and very hard like wood. When it was given to us it appeared to have but that was the heat from the light. With in a matter of a few miutes all the food was cold. Even with complaint it was no apology or saying see us the next time and we'll give you a complimentary meal.

Everytime I go in the store, I wait for long periods of time. I ordered on doordash and my driver was there waiting for 45 minutes. I called the store to see why it was so long and no one answered the phone.

This particular popeye's store did not present The chicken sandwich with special sauce or pickles Or lettuceAll the chicken sandwiches were in food binsEach chicken sandwich was placed in Popeye's take out Paper bags, Literary the sandwich itself was not Placed in its own wrapping paper Before placed in a take out bag.Which scene very unsanitary An alarming to me. This particular store didn't even give you napkins. I personally Through the sandwiches into the garbage. The CashiersWere very unprofessional , Not courtesy, Their attitude was take it or leave it, As isI have yet to eat this Popeye's chicken sandwich that everybody is raving about,

Typical Popeyes, nothing extra special to write home about. In my opinion, the bar is low for fast food establishments in the NYC metro area: as long as the team member speaks English, doesn't mess up your order and isn't argumentative or combative - chalk it up for a win! I don't expect customer service at any capacity and am almost floored if i receive it. "Just get my order right" is the mantra i repeat to myself, and these folks delivered.

Excellent food, very kind staff members, consistently great mood. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is very good. Kudos.

Gotta love the chicken sandwich

The boneless chicken was bomb. The French fries were perfect and not over fried. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was so much better in this Popeyes than anywhere else. And who else serves strawberry Fanta from the soda machine.

It's an average store. There is nothing remarkable about it. For some reason it's always way too hot inside this restaurant.
